The National Weather Service says rain in the region is expected to continue through mid-week, but total amounts of rainfall are expected to be light. Cross your fingers.

According to a press release issued by the Delaware County Sheriff's Office at 6:30 this morning, the state of emergency has been lifted in all towns in the county, and the roads are open. But they do caution:
