Beth Adams of Hobart caught an entire field of pumpkins making a break for it in Davenport this morning. (Just in time. The Halloween hordes are about to descend, carving knives in hand.)

As of 4pm, Davenport was still under a state of emergency, and all roads closed.
Update, 9:25pm: We just spoke with the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, and according to a press release they sent out at 6pm, Davenport is still operating under a state of emergency, along with Walton, Hamden and Delhi. All roads in these towns are closed to non-emergency traffic.
Update, 10/2, 10am: The state of emergency was lifted in all towns, as of 6:30 this morning.
