This just in from Diane Galusha, public information officer for the town of Middletown (which contains the villages/hamlets of Margaretville, Arkville, Fleischmanns, New Kingston and Halcottsville): Governor Andrew Cuomo is coming to town. Again.
Galusha tells us that Cuomo will be in Margaretville with 100 state volunteers and a number of National Guard at 11am. They will be setting up at the village park and spreading out over upper Main Street to clean out homes in the area.

Update, 9/4: From the Cuomo administration: Labor For Your Neighbor events started at 9am today, in Margaretville and Prattsville as well as Keene in Essex County.
