Kington's Barnes & Noble to Host Ulster Ballet Book Fair

From Friday, November 13th through Wednesday, November 18th, 2015, you can help support the Ulster Ballet Company at Barnes & Noble on Ulster Avenue in Kingston, New York.  In an effort to raise funds for the spectacular 21st annual production of  “A Christmas Carol,” the Ulster Ballet Company is working together with Barnes & Noble by hosting a Book Fair at their Kingston store, which includes the sale of books, toys, music and other merchandise, plus treats from their café.

Barnes & Noble will contribute a percentage of every sale when you mention the Ulster Ballet Company at the time of the sale in the store.  Even easier, from Friday, November 13th through Sunday, November 22nd, you can shop online at www.bn.com/bookfairs and include the Book Fair voucher ID # 11719895 on the payment page during checkout.

And if you are in the area, be sure to stop by the store on Saturday, November 14th from 12:00-3:00 p.m. for special in-store activities:  an abridged reading of the Charles Dickens classic, “A Christmas Carol,” and demonstrations by the Ulster Ballet Company dancers.  And don’t leave the store without your decorated ballerina ornament!

The dates for the upcoming production of “A Christmas Carol” are  Friday, December 4th, 2015   at 7:30 p.m.;  Saturday, December 5th  at 4:00 p.m. (new time) and Sunday, December 6th  at 2 p.m. at UPAC, 601 Broadway, Kingston, New York.  Tickets are $22 for adults; and $18 for senior citizens, and UPAC/Bardavon members.  For groups of ten or more, and children 12 and under, tickets are $15.  To purchase tickets, call the UPAC box office at 845-339-6088; visit Ticketmaster at ticketmaster.com, or call 800-745-3000.
