Stone Ridge Fire Co. treasurer arrested for larceny

On March 1, New York State troopers arrested 39-year-old Stone Ridge resident Teresa Carlucci on the charge of grand larceny in the third degree. Police say Carlucci stole money from an Ulster County volunteer fire department while acting as their treasurer.

From a press release from the New York State Police:

Carlucci is accused of stealing approximately $4,380.92 from the Stone Ridge Fire Company from December 2010 – February 2012. During this time, Carlucci acted as the treasurer for the Stone Ridge Fire Company.

Carlucci was arraigned in the Town of Marbletown Court before Town Justice Glick. She was released to reappear on April 4, 2012 in the Town of Marbletown Court.
