21-year-old Krista L. Hess of Hobart and her younger sister, 18-year-old Cortney R. Hess of Grand Gorge, were arrested yesterday and charged with assault after allegedly fighting in front of an apartment building in Grand Gorge.
A press release issued today by the New York State Police:
(Grand Gorge, NY – January 6, 2012) On January 5, 2012, State Police at Margaretville arrested Krista L. Hess, 21 of Hobart, NY, and Cortney R. Hess, 18 of Grand Gorge, NY, for Assault 3rd. The arrest was the result of a dispute outside of the Hodge Podge Apartments in Grand Gorge, NY. Both subjects were released on Appearance Tickets returnable to the Town of Roxbury Court on January 11, 2012.
