This just in from the Delaware County Sheriff's Office: A man driving a black pickup truck made off with two ATVs sitting near Rte. 10 in Walton on Saturday night. There is a reward for whoever returns them. Helpfully, both ATVs are bright yellow.

Delaware County Sheriff Deputies are investigating the theft of two ATVs from private property on State Highway 10 in the Town of Walton. A 2008 Can-Am Bombardier DS-90 color canary yellow and a 2001 Suzuki LT-80, color yellow with 2 Fog lights on the plastic below the handlebars were taken from roadside between 5:00 p.m. Saturday night, January 22nd and Sunday morning 7:00 a.m. A reward is being offered by the owner for information leading to the recovery of the ATVs and or the arrest and conviction of the persons responsible. A person of interest is a male subject possibly 50- 60 years of age, operating a black Ford F-150 extended cab pickup between the years 2001-2006 with a low profile hood scoop.
