Man bites man, gets arrested, curses judge, gets arrested again

It was all in a day's work for David Campbell of Monticello, reports the Times Herald-Record:

David Campbell, 32, called Village Judge Josephine Finn a racial slur several times while being arraigned at noon, police say, and kicked a patrol car after he was taken from the courtroom ... Campbell was arrested Tuesday after police responded at 5:54 p.m. to a call about a disturbance at a Mobil station on West Broadway Street. Police say a dispute between Campbell and William Wood, 39, had escalated into a fight. Wood, also of Monticello, was bitten on his left arm during the fight, and both men broke a 6-foot-by-4-foot glass window in the front of store.

Oh, and Campbell also managed to kick and damage a police car as he was being detained. Allegedly.
