Cops nab horn-wearing bank robber

Yesterday afternoon, a man in a brown corduroy jacket and a "Halloween mask with horns" robbed a Key Bank on Chestnut Street in Oneonta, according to a press release from the State Police:

The New York State Police are investigating a Bank Robbery that occurred at approximately 3:40 PM on November 3, 2010, to the KEY BANK at 426 Chestnut Street Oneonta, NY.

Description of Suspect is a white male approximately 6' to 6' 2" wearing a Halloween mask with horns, a brown button down corduroy jacket with two breast pockets and a white fleece lined collar. Subject was also wearing green sweat pants and possibly having blonde or sandy colored hair. The suspect left the area on foot. Later that day, the State Police arrested 41-year-old James McAdams, who lives on that same street, in connection with the heist:

On November 3, 2010, the New York State Police in Oneonta, N.Y. responded to the Key Bank located at 426 Chestnut St, Oneonta NY for a reported Bank Robbery. The ensuing investigation led to the arrest of James McAdams, age 41, residing at 340 Chestnut Street, Room #248, Oneonta, N.Y., for Robbery 3rd Degree. McAdams was arraigned before Town of Oneonta Town Justice Philip Hosley at the Town of Oneonta Court and remanded to the Otsego County Jail in lieu of one hundred thousand dollar cash bail or two hundred thousand dollar bond.
