Hi, Supper Club! This Saturday, Oct. 17 and Sunday, Oct 18 will be our special “Why A Duck?” Supper Club. We have raised ducks, geese, guinea fowl, chickens and turkeys this year, expanding our poultry offerings. All five types of birds will be incorporated into this dinner. (All poultry, no red meat). Dinner starts at 7pm. Seating is limited to 20 persons. Saturday is almost booked up, just a couple seats open. There are still seats available for Sunday. $75/per person plus tax and gratuity. The Supper Club menu will soon be up on our website. Call me at 518-239-6234 to make your reservation, secured with a credit card. The café and farm store will remain open all year 11am-3pm (hours may change for special occasions). The menus include both brunch and lunch items. In the Cooler this weekend:

Chicken Stock and Pork Stock Ordering Whole Lambs and Sides of Pork:Let me know if you are interested in either lamb or pork. The final harvests of pork will be in the next three weeks, so get your order in now. Also, lamb will be available in two weeks, and again a month later. Stock your freezer with healthy, grassfed or pastured Animal Welfare Approved meats!
Order Your Turkeys!The weather starts to cool and suddenly it’s time to make plans for Thanksgiving. You know we usually sell out of our turkeys, so make your reservation. Turkey ordering form is attached. The birds are fresh for Thanksgiving, but if you also want one for Christmas, we can store it for you. A Holiday GooseWe also have a limited number of geese for the holidays. They range from 5-8 pounds. Let me know what you would like, and I will save one for you. Dec. 12 & 13 Fresh Lamb We had wonderful weather and a great turnout for our Octoberfest Pig Roast last Saturday.
Our picnic tables were full, so we extended seating. A brilliantly clear fall day!
Tristan got a workout helping John press apples for cider. Rob's cutting up the pig.
We have beautiful wreaths made by Owlsville Schoolhouse Nursery, that were brought over to the Pig Roast, and we will now carry regularly. These fall wreaths are gorgeous. Can't wait to see the Christmas ones!
