Callahan Catskill Real Estate sells again! We just closed on a lovely home in the Hamlet of Arkville NY. Our buyer clients Carolyn & Andrew McGoran and their incredibly beautiful Beagle girl, George are now proud owners of some fine Delaware County Real Estate. The closing went smoothly with George attending as well to give her "two paws up".
