American Express has a great promotion going on for Small Business Saturday, November 29. You can get credits on your statement for up to $30. It works like this:
Register your Amex card on their site at https://www.americanexpress.com/us/small-business/shop-small/?extlink=SBS2014_Search_Consumer to be eligible for the benefit. You must do this by November 29, but note that Amex is saying they have a limit to registrants, so better sooner than later.
Find shops that are participating (hint: Roxbury General is one of them—there are others in Roxbury too!). There is a map on the Amex site.
Use your registered Amex card at Roxbury General on Saturday, November 29, and at other participating merchants like Roxbury Wine and Spirits or Queens Mountain Café for a purchase that totals at least $10, and you will get a $10 credit on your statement. You can use the card three times to get a total credit of $30.
