2 Locations: Community Living Skills, Arkville or Walton, NY.
Responsibilities: Life Coach X shall provide professional training and supervision over the daily training programs provided by the Instructors, also provide case management services. Completion and updating of individual behavioral assessments, development of provision of formalized educational assessment and evaluation procedures, as required. Training and development of staff in areas including assessment, behavior management, and report writing. Develop self advocates and create an environment that promotes person centeredness.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Three years working in the human services field with one year working with individuals who have disabilities or Bachelors degree in Human Services and one year experience working with individuals who have disabilities.
Salary: $36,110 Yearly, additional with experience. Full benefit package available.
