As of around 7:30am, Marty Finch at the Roxbury Fire Department said there were no evacuations underway in Roxbury, although the fire department had already been called out to rescue someone in the Denver Vega valley this morning.
At the time, he said the East Branch in Roxbury was at the top of its banks and rising.
