According to a 9:30am email from Delaware County Emergency Services chief Richard Bell, the state of emergency in Sidney has been lifted:
The state of Emergency in the Town of Sidney (Hamlet of Sidney Center) has been lifted. Some roads still may have mild damage so please continue to use caution.
