SOUTHEAST WINDS MAY GUST TO UP TO 40 MPH OVER THE HIGHEST ELEVATIONS OF THE WESTERN CATSKILLS AND POCONO MOUNTAIN REGIONS THIS AFTERNOON. THERE IS A CHANCE FOR SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES DUE TO THESE STRONG WIND GUSTS.
