HealthAlliance Receives Communicator Award for Newsletter

HealthAlliance Receives Award of Distinction for Newsletter in 2014 Communicator Awards

Kingston, N.Y. – Nov. 18, 2014 – HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley has won an “Award of Distinction” in the 2014 Communicator Awards by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts for their newsletter, HealthAlliance & You.

HealthAlliance, in partnership with Krames StayWell, won the award in the print medical newsletter category. HealthAlliance & You is a community newsletter published three times a year providing wellness information, details on healthful events, updates about HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley® and more.

This is the second year HealthAlliance has produced HealthAlliance & You and the first year it was submitted to the Communicator Awards. With over 6,000 entries received from across the U.S. and around the world, the Communicator Awards is the largest and most competitive awards program honoring the creative excellence for communications professionals.

The Communicator Awards are judged and overseen by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), an invitation-only organization of top-tier professionals from various disciplines of the visual arts dedicated to embracing progress and the evolving nature of traditional and interactive media.
