KINGSTON -- HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley Chief Executive Officer David Scarpino will speak about healthcare changes, and how HealthAlliance is preparing for the future, at a YMCA public seminar 6 p.m. Tuesday (Nov. 18).
The free hourlong talk will be held in the gymnasium of the YMCA of Kingston and Ulster County, 507 Broadway in Kingston.
It will be the second of two free community seminars given by Scarpino at the Y. The first one, also in the gym, was held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Oct. 15.
