Reservations are now being taken for the Third Annual Living Cemetery History Tour, sponsored by the Historical Society of the Town of Middletown.
This year’s tour will be held Sat., June 21 (rain date June 22), at Sanford Cemetery, County Route 6 (New Kingston Rd.), Dunraven (1/2 mile off NYS Route 28).
Guides lead groups through the cemetery to meet costumed players portraying 9 former residents. If you've attended the past two tours, you know what a fascinating, moving event this is. If you've never been, don't get shut out this year! Reserve a tour time now! Tours begin every 25 minutes starting at 4 p.m. The last tour starts at 7 p.m.
