Each March for two weekends, the New York State Maple Producers Association invites families from across the state and neighboring areas to learn all about the production of maple syrup and related products. Their goal for Maple Weekends is to "share the taste of real mouth-watering maple syrup with you." Producers demonstrate how they make maple syrup, from mountain to mouth!

March 22-23 and 29-30 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day (It is recommended that you contact each producer you plan to visit to confirm dates and times of participation.)
