Kingston, N.Y. – January 30, 2014 – The HealthAlliance Foundation is pleased to announce its slate of officers for the Board of Directors: Chairperson, Glenn Decker; First Vice Chairperson, Michael Kelley; Second Vice Chairperson, Mary Ann Hildebrandt; Treasurer, Rick Mantey; and Secretary, Thomasine Helsmoortel. New board members announced for 2014 are: Beverly Lastig, Ann Williams, Marisa Perez-Rogers, Terri Lee, Joe Huben and Dr. Charles Kutler.
“We are pleased to have new, well-qualified individuals join the present board members in developing efforts to ensure quality healthcare in Ulster County and surrounding communities – our number one priority at the HealthAlliance Foundation,” said Steffen Kraehmer, Executive Director of the HealthAlliance Foundation.
Beverly Lastig is retired and brings many years of experience from IBM. She is presently a member of the Kingston Hospital Auxiliary and volunteers in the Main Street Gift Shop. Ann Williams is a HealthAlliance Hospital Patient Ambassador presently working at Herzog’s True Value Home Center in Kingston. Marisa Perez-Rogers is the Senior Account Executive for WDST 100.1 Radio Woodstock. Terri Lee is the owner of Sensational Creations Nail and Hair Salon in Kingston. Joe Huben is the former director of the New Visions Technical Center at BOCES. Dr. Charles Kutler is the medical director for the Wound Healing Center of HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley® at the Broadway campus.
