Bassett Healthcare Network, located in Delhi NY is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to perform intake assessments and comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans and provides psychotherapy. This position supports our state-of-the-art integration of behavioral health into primary care initiative.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school, 6 years of post MSW experience under the supervision of an LCSW or other recognized professional, and licensed with the “R” credential (LCSW-R) by the NY State Department of Education. Must be able to provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic formulations.
