Val Wells will demonstrate paper marbling and provide a workshop for children who wish to try their hand at this exciting technique from 10 -12 pm on Sat. July 13, at the Pakatakan Farmers Market, Route 30, Halcottsville. Wells has been creating handmade marbled stationery and books for over 25 years. This is part of the Catskill Mountain Artisans Guild “Traveling Show” series brings crafts, workshops and artist demonstrations throughout the region this year.
The traveling crafts shows and arts series is presented by the Catskill Mountain Artisans Guild and supported in part by the Small Business Development Fund administered by the MARK Project, the O’Connor Foundation and the Kids in the Kaatskills.
