We opened our farm store last week and got a warm welcome from friends. This week we open our arms to the Riesens from Star Route Farm. We'll be offering their kale and salad greens, grown organically and with love on their farm in South Worcester. From Flaca Vaca, you can pick up some pastured eggs and grass-fed beef. Farm store is open Saturdays, 10-1, over on Odell Lake Rd, Stamford. Seen more tractors than vehicles on the road yesterday which means we're in the heart of first cutting. Grateful for the dry and sunny window of opportunity. Especially when we registered 34 degrees Wednesday morning at Flaca Vaca Farm!
