Flaca Vaca Farm Store opened for the season last week and we're happy to offer retail cuts of grass-fed beef from our freezer, every Saturday, 10-1. We've also got pastured eggs from hens raised on organic ration (raised as well on grass, clover, grubs, bugs, weeds, seeds, and anything else the hardworking gals can scratch up). This week we're proud to offer salad greens and kale from Star Route Farm, South Worcester. Walter has made it his life's work to grow nutritious, mineral-rich, organically-grown produce. We're lucky to benefit from his hard labors.
