Spring Vegetable Galette, Hanger Steak, Rhubarb Sponge Cake

What's good tonight:

The Spring Vegetable Galette is a mix of broccolini, mushrooms, asparagus, fiddleheads, and Dirty Girl goat cheese in a little pie. Tasty stuff and sized just right for an appetizer. 

Hanger Steak is prized for its flavor. We serve it with chimmichurri and house-cut fries.

The sweet tooth in me is most excited about our Rhubarb Sponge Cake. The cake is served with strawberries and a rhubarb compote, along with fresh whipped cream -- a perfect end to a fantastic dinner!
