Mother’s Day Roof Giveaway
Alpine Roofing Inc. will give away a new roof to a local family in need. If you or someone you know needs a roof but can’t afford it, please send a picture of the home and a letter telling us your story.

Rules and Limitations
Alpine Roofing Inc. will conduct the roof install as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows.
The rules are as follows: 1. How to Enter
Send your story about the family and why you think they need our help with photo(s) of the roof to:

Alpine Roofing Inc. is not responsible for delays with the U.S. Postal Service.
All submissions received that are mutilated, tampered with, or illegible will be void.
All submissions become the property of Alpine Roofing Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned.
2. Eligibility
All Nominees must reside in NY within Delaware, Chenango, or Otsego counties, be a citizen of the United States and be at least 18 years of age. No minors are allowed to participate.
All rental properties are excluded from participating.
Employees of Alpine Roofing Inc. and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandchildren, grandparents, whether as “in- laws”, or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, cohabitation or other family extension, and any other person residing at the same household whether or not related.
One (1) chosen nominee will receive one (1) roof from Alpine Roofing Inc. not to exceed 2800 square ft. residential roof only. Homeowners who have filed previous insurance claims for roof repair or replacement will not be eligible. Alpine Roofing Inc. will have direct contact in notifying the chosen nominee.
Panel will select Nominee from available submissions. All decisions made by panel are final. The Mother’s Day Roof Giveaway is non-transferable.
3. Telephone and Delivery Disclaimer
Alpine Roofing Inc. disclaims all liability for any delays, miss-delivery, loss or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission or other delivery method. Alpine Roofing Inc. also disclaims all liability in the event of electrical or telephone service or any other cause not within reasonable control of Alpine Roofing Inc.
4. Publicity
By participating, all nominees will grant Alpine Roofing Inc. exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with promotion of this and future Mother’s Day Roof Giveaways and waives any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
5. Release
By participating, each participant and chosen nominee waives any and all claims of liability against Alpine Roofing Inc., its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss, which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Mother’s Day Roof Giveaway.
6. Taxes
Any valuation of the roof giveaway is based on available information to Alpine Roofing Inc. and the value of any roof install may be reported for tax
purposes as required by law. The chosen nominee is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes.
7. Decisions
Alpine Roofing Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any nominee or chosen nominee and may refuse to install roof to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the roof giveaway or obtained selection status using fraudulent means. Furthermore, Alpine Roofing Inc. will resolve any disputes or ambiguities concerning the rules. Alpine Roofing Inc. decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.
8. Miscellaneous
Each Selected Nominee must submit proof of eligibility and sign a Company release form to obtain the free roof install. No purchase necessary to participate. Void where prohibited. Odds of be selected depend on the number of participants. Alpine Roofing Inc. may substitute roof install of equivalent value, amend the rules or discontinue the contest at any time. Alpine Roofing Inc. disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of this roof giveaway.
9. Compliance with Law
The conduct of this roof giveaway is governed by local and state law, which takes precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. Alpine Roofing Inc. shall follow the
applicable local and state laws for conducting the roof giveaway as may be required by local or state law.
