Vegetable Salad, Moroccan Roast Leg of Lamb, Fruits of the Forest Pie

Our crisp Vegetable Salad comes with asparagus, broccolini, arugula, jicama, cucumber, carrot, and radishes. Then we top it with a creamy herb emulsion like a Green Goddess dressing, a crouton, and goat cheese. Who said eating out isn't healthy?

The Roast Leg of Lamb is something special, too. It's coated in a blend of ras el hanout (Moroccan spices) and served with couscous mixed with almonds and dried fruit -- we even have some raita on the side.
