The Catskill Mountain Artisans Guild will present the first annual “MARCH MADNESS CRAFT SALE” on Friday, March 22 through Sunday, March 31, 10am – 5pm daily in the Community ArtSpace, Commons Building , 785 Main Street Margaretville. Come and browse the great discounts on some beautiful handmade crafts from Catskill regional artists.
Guild artists will offer reduced prices on handmade items with some pieces never seen before including Nat Thomas’s jewelry, Paula DeSimone’s knitting and Barbara English’s pottery. Other reduced original pieces designed by the local talent include; Turid Murad’s knitting, Carlyle Bradford’s pottery, Colin Young’s photography, Theresa May O’Brien’s felting, Eva Fox’s recycled clothes, Cathie Shultis’ jewelry, Betsy Messenger’s weaving, Lisa Scalf’s belts and pillows and much more will be available at sale prices. So, come early before your special piece is sold.
The Catskill Mountain Artisans Guild is a not for profit organization with a gallery that presents a wide variety of handcrafted items from more than 50 regional artisans ranging from fine art furniture and leather coats to pottery, jewelry ,weaving, soaps and stationery.
