Branade, Italian Cod, Chocolate Souffle

Seems like tonight is Italian. We have our delicious Beet Risotto back on the menu, along with Tuscan Beans and Italian Cod.

The Brandad is wild caught alaskan salt pollock, potatoes, and braised red onion whipped together and served with toast. That sounds too good.
