Chai Latte, Smoked Maple Pork Tenderloin

This has been a pretty great week for us. The Andes Gazette printed an excellent review of The Backroom right on the front page, and now we have 100 "likes" on Facebook! To celebrate, we have Fried Chicken on the menu tonight,a beautiful Smoked Maple Pork Tenderloin with polenta and vegetables, and a Chai Latte that you really need to try.
