Rice Congee, Chicken Pot Pie

Hope you are all having a great holiday weekend -- we sure are! You've been keeping us all very busy, and thanks for that! In addition to the blackboard menu, we also have Rice Congee made with basmati, ghee, miso, ginger, daikon, carrot, and pickle. You can even add a poached egg if that's your thing.

 

Look at this beautiful watercolor that Steve Burnett made for us! This isn't related to the menu, but I wanted to share. He is a very dear friend of The Backroom.

Sunday: 10am - 4pm (Brunch) | 4pm - 8pm (Dinner)
