Alright , alright, its Mardi Gras time again. On Saturday, March 2nd, at 7:30 we will be busting out with our own little Fat Tuesday Celebration. We will have all the trimmings up in The Yellow Room ,the bar will be whippin up the famous Catskills Hurricanes, in the Kitchen we will be dishin up some classic big easy grub like Oysters Bienville, Gumbo, Po’ Boys, Shrimp Etouffe, Steak Diane, an crisp beignets…..On stage the Legendary Blues Maneuver will be bringin the sounds of N’Awlins all night long!!.
