Fresh beef in the cooler! After the turkey, we know the weather changes ... time for pot roasts and stews. We are well stocked with frozen beef, pork, lamb and chicken. Open every Saturday, 11am-3pm.

Put your money where your mouth is ... support local businesses and eat local food! Come here, Medusa General Store, I. U. Tripp Antiques. Our holiday goodies are ready ... honey chocolate truffles, honey roasted nuts, honey nut toppings. Chicken liver pate. Honey mustards. New bayberry scented beeswax candles. Pine cone and bees wax fire feeders. Dog biscuits. New honey lip balm! A new batch of Heather Ridge or Bees Knees Cafe t-shirts and aprons are here. The ultimate in recycling and reusing: feed bag tote bags and (new!) feed bag place mats!
We have items, big and little, from nearby farms and crafters. We are well stocked with regional cheeses. Fabulous felt hats from Ravens Roost Farm and (new!) pottery from our neighbors, Smyth/Cid Pottery. Sheepy Valley Farm yarn, Cook Family Farm maple syrup, and Fanchers Creekside Farm jams. Stoneledge Farm organic and fairtrade coffee.
We'll have sample gift boxes on display. We can make them to order and ship them for you. We're also taking orders for gluten free Honey Clementine Cakes and Honey Chocolate Torts.
Jane Hershey will have sample conifer wreathes and swags on display for you to order.
Winter Barnyard Visit
The animals that we winter over, our sheep and lambs, goats and kids, llamas, alpaca, donkey, laying hens, guinea fowl and geese are in their winter quarters (and breeding groups). In the afternoon, you can walk or ride down Knowles Road and visit with them. Bring your kids.
