You don't have to have ordered a turkey to come this weekend. We will be open both Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon to 4pm. If you have ordered a turkey, be sure to contact me for your pickup appointment. If you want to shop, come on over! We will have fresh pork and fresh beef in our cooler as well as all our other goodies. All welcome!
We begin our holiday season with items to help you celebrate. Honey turkey brine will make your exceptional bird outstanding! We provide favorite recipes for honey cranberry sauces and stuffing. Freshly made lard for your best pie crusts. Grace your table with the local cheeses we carry. Enjoy our grassfed beef pepperoni and summer sausage with our honey mustards. Chicken liver pate. Roasted honey pecans. Chocolate honey truffles. Honey nut toppings. Fanchers Creekside Farm jams.
We will have these items out for you to sample. Many make great hostess gifts, too, if Thanksgiving dinner is not at your house!
We will not be serving lunch this weekend, but there's plenty for you to nibble! And hot cider to sip.
And we will have gift baskets ready for you to order for the holidays. We'll ship them for you! One of our new offerings is our popular feed bag placemats. Recycle, reuse, repurpose! You had lunch all season on our placements at the picnic tables, and asked if you could buy the placemats to take home. Now you can!. Waterproof, easy to clean, and long lasting! Choose a set for either Sheep, Goat, Rabbit or Cracked Corn! $8 for a set of four. Animal pictures on the front panels and feeding directions on the back ones. What fun!
Christine will be at the Saugerties Farmers Market, Sunday from 12 noon to 4pm. The market has now moved indoors at the Senior Center on Market Street, and it continue monthly through March.
