The cooler will be full! Our heritage breed pork will be fresh on one side and the last of the season's fresh chicken on the other! Pork chops, spare ribs, country ribs, roasts, fresh hams, tenderloin, stir fry, kabobs, cutlets! Whole chickens and parts! What a feast! (Frozen chicken available after this weekend).

Next weekend, Columbus Day weekend, is this season's finale of the Bees Knees Cafe. We celebrate on Sunday with a Pig Roast. Clint Layne, pitmaster, will prepare the pork in his huge BBQ roaster (and a few chickens, too). $20 includes pork, sides, beverage and dessert. $10 for kids. Serving from 12 noon to 3pm. Please contact me to reserve your spot. The fall foliage should be at its peak for you to enjoy from our picnic tables overlooking the Catskill Mountains!
Saturday, Oct. 6, we will be serving a limited menu as we prepare for the Pig Roast and a catering event in Woodstock.
