Chimichurri, an Argentine condiment, made in many different ways. We like it somewhat chopped- parsley, onion, garlic with grated carrot for a little sweetness, black pepper, coarse salt, rice wine vinegar and a good olive oil.
This week's special: rib-eye steak rubbed with piri piri spice, grilled to temp, topped with chimichurri, side of potato mash, snap peas,roasted beets and carrot puree. Happy Summer!
