Sunday, 9/11, speak at Ascent memorial, Halcottsville, back to gallery, close, drive to city, fly Savannah (even gallerists have lovely daughters and grandbabes!), back NYC, Rimer Cardillo, opening at Nassau County Museum of Art...BRILLIANT! Next morning, pick up rescue pup in PA (even gallerists rescue, even when busy), home to gallery...Auction up 9/18, raised, with Amex match of one collector, $8,250.00 for Hurricane Irene Flood Relief. Now Monday, dismantle Portraits, Chairs by Stacy Gibboni, East Enders by Keith Cardwell in closet and moving in, shifting round, subtle gorgeous drawings by Meredith Rosier and bronze Suspended Birds by Sharon Wandel...Sep 23 - Nov 6. Opening reception for the Artists: Saturday, September 24, 5 - 7 p.m. Off to order the cheese (local Tilsit, Harpersfield Farm!), Belgian chocolate in larder...Please come!
