Margaretville Hospital is selling the building
located at 53521 Main Street, Roxbury, NY,
which used to house its family health clinic.
The sale will take place via sealed bids to be opened at
10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 14, 2011. No
bids submitted after that time will be accepted. All bids
should be mailed to Allison Beesmer, Real Estate Manager,
741 Grant Avenue, Lake Katrine, NY 12449. Closing will
take place no later than October 3, 2011.
