Chace-Randall Gallery is lucky to have weathered Irene in Andes, where her only casualty is a cell phone, wet in rain, and two sore backs (gallerist and her hubby), having secured guest trailer and garden furnishings against the storm.
Neighboring towns were not so lucky.
