Fruit Trees - Order Early For Fall Plantings

• America’s favorite apple!
• "Branched" to produce apples quicker
• Adaptable to various soil types

Red Delicious Apples are the most widely grown apples throughout the world because of their delicious flavor. Juicy, crispy… everything you’d want.

Also known as ‘America’s Favorite Snacking Apple!’

Red Delicious trees are normally planted with a different kind of apple so they can pollinate each other. This pollination causes your trees to produce more fruit!

These Red Delicious Apple Trees have already produced apples in our nursery!

Red Delicious Apple Trees not only give you great flavor, but they are beautiful trees. They mature to a height 15 feet tall, making a great addition to your yard.

It’s critical that you purchase an apple tree that is already “branched”. This is where the nursery prunes its young trees back to promote more branches. More branches mean more fruit, earlier production, stronger limbs and a healthier tree.

Most nurseries sell tall, skinny stems with no branches – these are referred to as “whips”. They can take several years to fruit and will generally be less productive when mature.

Our trees are pruned back and trained to develop a branching structure. This process takes more work and an extra year for us, but the difference you experience is dramatic.

We even give your apple tree one final pruning before shipping at no additional cost to you.

This process also allows the tree to remain "dwarfed," which makes harvesting a breeze!

Our Dwarf Red Delicious will be productive when paired with a Granny Smith. Cross pollination is the key for healthy, hardy, heavy fruit production.

Fuji apples usually ripen in October and enjoy a long storage life. They perform best in Growing Zones 4-9

Your Fuji tree has been carefully pruned throughout its life to promote extra branches. More branches mean more fruit, a healthier tree and faster apple production. This pruning has caused some of our trees in the nursery to produce apples already!

Most nurseries sell tall, thin trees with no branches – these are called "whips." They can take several years to fruit and will generally be less productive when mature. The problem is that many of the fine, hair-like roots that fruit trees need for absorbing nutrients haven't developed yet. Without these roots the tree's growth is stunted and it becomes more vulnerable to problems.

We recommend ordering your apple trees in pairs so that they pollinate each other...giving you more apples! We suggest planting your Red Fuji with one of the following- Gala, Granny Smith or Yellow Delicious.

You get the healthiest, fastest producing tree possible. Your Dwarf Fuji tree is easy to harvest!
