Here's a video I just completed for the Arc of Delaware County's website. It's a "Welcome to Careers" video for anyone considering a job in human services. Just like the people say in the video, the Arc IS a great place to work. I see that every time I'm there working on something. It's very rewarding and the people who work there are kind, caring people.
