Yesterday, New Yorkers went to the polls to decide the fate of 2011-2012 school budgets. And, for the most part, the results are in.

It looks like the phone service fallout from yesterday's transformer fire in Phoenicia has been fixed.
A responder at the Delaware County Emergency Services office tell us that 911 service in Delaware County was "all fixed as of 9pm last night."

Lisa Barrows, the former Stop DWI coordinator for Delaware County, was arraigned yesterday for allegedly stealing a set of golf clubs from the county while she worked there, the Daily Star reports.

Results are in for the Onteora school district: the budget passed 755-607, all three school board candidates on the ballot were reelected (no big surprise there), and the proposition to create a capital reserve fund passed.
