beautiful Hudson Valley for the seventh annual Rhinebeck Crafts Festival, June 22 and 23, 2019. This diverse experience is a celebration of all things handmade which includes: unique contemporary craft and art, gourmet specialty foods, tastings from Hudson Valley distilleries and wineries, interactive craft demonstrations and exciting family activities.
This festive two-day event draws passionate, arts conscious visitors from the Hudson Valley as well as tourists from the Tri-State area and beyond to partake in adventurous shopping and meet jury-selected, modern American makers. This is a destination event not to miss!
Fine artists and craftspeople will be traveling from over 20 states to exhibit and sell their one-of-a-kind creations. These exceptional indie artists infuse each of their pieces with a distinctive creative vision with one-of-a-kind and limited edition: jewelry; apparel and accessories; furniture and home décor pieces; functional and sculptural works in ceramics, glass, metal, wood and mixed media; fine art painting, printmaking, drawing and photography. Visitors should make sure to plan to visit the gourmet specialty food boutique to fully experience hand-crafted delights.
The Rhinebeck Crafts Festival is a great day for the entire family! Entertain the kids with a variety of children’s activities including interactive puppet theater with Middle-earth Studios, face painting, balloon animals, stilt walkers and more! Visitors will also have the chance watch and participate in hands-on craft demonstrations.
Show hours are Saturday, June 22 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, June 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. General admission is $10, seniors are $9, children 6-16 are $4 and children under 6 are free. Group rates are available. The Rhinebeck Crafts Festival is held at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds, located at 6636 Spring Brook Avenue (Route 9) in Rhinebeck, New York.
