Ticket giveaway: Taste of the Catskills Festival

Giant puppets, a bocce tournament, the "Farm Olympics," a horse show and live music on two stages come to Delhi this weekend during the Taste of the Catskills Festival, an annual harvest celebration held on the grounds of Maple Shade Farm, sponsored by Catskill Mountainkeeper and

To claim the tickets, which give free admission plus free beers for two adults to the festival, you must be the first three people to respond to this post via email at editor@watershedpost.com. (Note: When you email us, even if you don't win, we will add you to our mailing list.) 

The tickets get you inside the Taste of the Catskills Festival and give you free access to workshops about farming, iron working, cooking, brewing and vinting; kids' activities like sack races and egg tosses; a live puppet show by Arm of the Sea Theater and live music all day long. 

Once you're inside the gates, you can buy a selection of Catskills foods and drinks, sign up for the Farm Olympics or sign your kid up for daylong access to a bounce house fun park.
