At 11 Feet...Water Begins To Inundate Low Lying Areas Of The Village Park In Margaretville. At 11.5 Feet...The Parking Lot Of A Super Market In Margaretville Floods With Further Inundation Of Village Park. Minor Flooding Is Also Likely On The Dry Brook At Arkville.
