On Friday, the Ulster County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of 22-year-old Eric W. Owen for allegedly robbing two churches, a library, and a pizzeria in towns throughout Ulster County in recent weeks. Owen, who is reportedly homeless, was charged with felony burglary, among other charges. See the full press release below:
