The Delaware County Sheriff's Office is reporting this morning that 31-year-old Shaun Wynne from Peekskill died on Sunday night in an all-terrain-vehicle accident on Fall Clove Road in the town of Andes.
According to the press release, Wynne hit a tree as he was riding an ATV. The accident is still under investigation, but police say that alcohol is believed to have played a role in the crash.

On September 25th 2011 at 11:30pm Delaware County Sheriff Deputies investigated a fatal ATV accident on Fall Clove Road in the Town of Andes where a 31 year old male identified as Shaun Wynne from Peekskill NY struck a tree while riding his ATV. Alcohol was believed to be a factor. The accident is still under investigation.
