5pm: Olive correspondent Cindy Johansen has posted photos of flooding in West Shokan on Facebook. (Two of those photos are illustrating this post.) Here's her report:
"New Creek - many, many bridges with damages - including new bridge on 28A that replaced the old Twin Bridges - bridge over the Bushkill Stream past Moonhaw Road... Evidence that Bushkill was out of bank many times - left deposits of cobble rock everywhere. Many private bridges are no more."
