40-year-old Kingston resident Scott Albright was arrested yesterday, after his four-year-old son was found wandering in a road in the town of Esopus. The Ulster County Sheriff's Office reports:
Investigation yielded further evidence that the child was without supervision in the roadway about a quarter mile from his house for over 30 minutes before being located by a local resident. The child was found in good health and was given to his mother for the evening.
Albright is scheduled to appear in the Town of Esopus Court on August 29, at 6pm, on charges of endangering the welfare of a child.
